Residential hospice
Lakeside Oasis is a unique home filled with care, comfort and peace for those on their end-of-life journey. Our caring team is on site 24 hours every day and can enable your family to hand over the stress and worries of daily physical care, allowing all of you to focus on this precious time together.
Our chaplain is available for prayer, Bible reading, guidance and to foster connections with God and family, always respectful of personal and cultural preferences.
Our Center
Patients and their families appreciate our spacious private suites, a welcoming living and dining room and our sunny patio overlooking sparkling Buffalo Lake.

Community Health Foundation of Wright County
In 2009, CHFWC partnered with Elim Care, now Cassia, to fund a specialized end-of-life care wing to serve the residents of Wright County and the surrounding area. Thanks to the overwhelming generosity from the community, that specialized wing opened in 2014 as Lakeside Oasis and has been providing exceptional end-of-life care and services at Lake Ridge Senior Living ever since.
Today, the mission of the Community Health Foundation of Wright County is to support and help fulfill the vision of the Lakeside Oasis.
